📦 Return Terms

• You can return the product within 7 days of receiving it.

• The product must be unused , in its original packaging , and in a resalable condition.

• Electronics and accessories must be unopened and in good condition, unless they are defective.

• If you receive a defective or damaged product , contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• You can exchange the product itself (if available) or another product of the same value.

• You must also request an exchange within 7 days of receipt.

❌ Non-returnable products

• Products that appear to be used or have breaks/scratches.

• Open software, memory cards, and batteries.

• Products that are marked “ final sale ” or “ non-returnable ”.

💸 Refund

• If we accept your return request, we will refund the amount to the same payment method within 7–14 business days .

• Shipping fees are non-refundable , unless the error is ours or the product is defective.
